Welsh Contact Centre Awards 2010

On Thursday 17th February 2011, Mr Producer produced the 13th annual Welsh Contact Centre Awards, Celebrating Excellence: Spotlight on Performance Gala Dinner and Ball. The awards recognized and celebrated the achievements of employees of the Welsh Contact Centre Industry in 2010. The glamorous event was held at City Hall, Cardiff and hosted by TV Comedian Rufus Hound. Over 450 guests attended the black tie event and were treated to a star performance from X Factors Ruth Lorenzo! Footage from the ball is available by clicking here
