The campaign, which has just launched a series of nationwide television adverts, sees celebrities including Colin Jackson, BB Aled Jones, Sarra Elgan, Connie Fisher, Iolo Williams and Ruth Madoc urge people to 'Tell a loved one' about their organ donation wishes.
